Got around to starting and finishing up the modeling part for a commissioned sword project I received.
Looking forward to getting this shipped off to the 3D Printing company eventually. Then the long wait for the print to arrive for processing and painting begins. This particular project has been broken into multiple segments to reduce cost and other guidelines as well as increase some integrity on it since it won't be a completely solid part, much like Hrist's sword that I made a while back.

Shoulder Armor part II
Lidia's almost ready to decimate legions of demons and the undead. |
Anyway they're finished.
Now to work on those armor gauntlets here, also I plan to be starting on a commissioned project, I got the ok to be able to blog this project so that should be fun. :) Hopefully I'll get around to starting on that this weekend after work.

Cheongsam Finished and Photos
Fun day today testing out some new lights I got. So I spent the day goofing around taking some photos of Hrist and her new outfit, and her older outfit.
I really enjoyed working on this photo, think I'll have to plan some for future projects.

Shoulder Armor
Lidia's shoulder armor finally arrived today... 2 day shipping somehow took 8 days >_> that's worse then the normal standard shipping UPS! D: But it arrived at least. Better then not arriving at all I think >_>; Anyway, they came, and made Lidia quite excited. Can't do much with them now but I'll be priming them and buffing them out, all the usual prep work before I paint.
Lot's of work to do on these! Sure can't wait to see them on her fully painted and ready for some serious battles. Shoulders fit perfectly onto her clothing and decorative pads. I was a bit worried that I had the scaling wrong, however it all worked out great. Won't be long before I'm doing full replacement components on Dollfies. Hrist's armor will need something like that.
Definitely planning to redesign her gauntlet type armor stuff. My original concepts for her seem kinda wonky 3 years later -_- No idea what I'll do, perhaps a small modification, or a total overhaul in the design. Should be fun, till it comes to the modeling part >_> haha

Small Side Project
Started a small side project since times pretty limited lately. X_X
Nothing to fancy, just a quick outfit I hope to have done in a few days. I drew up some patterns for what I have in mind, a bunch of curvy squares. So far, it's hastle free project
Only major hurdle I foresee is finding clasps? or what ever they're called for it to button up or... what ever it's called :X Once I find a part that works remotely like what I'm thinking it needs to do I'll post info on that haha.

Thought I'd slip in a photo that never saw the light of day. |
